Internal ESG Engagement Officer


Job Description

  • Coordinate and collaborate with all relevant work units and subsidiaries regarding ESG Disclosures/Reporting (e.g. Sustainability Report) according to ESG best practices/global standards and through assessment by independent assurers.
  • Act as a control tower in monitoring company-wide ESG performance, ensuring that the company can maintain/improve its ESG rating.
  • Strong understanding of ESG Disclosures and Reporting (GRI, TCFD/IFRS S1 & S2, SASB, TNFD).
  • Experience in business consulting regarding ESG will be a plus.

  • Requirements

    • Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering/Science/Management, Accounting, Economics, Management, Communication, or other relevant fields of study. A master's degree (S2) will be a plus.
    • Have a minimum of 4 years of professional work experience in the field of ESG/Sustainability, preferably in the banking industry.
    • Experience in business consulting regarding ESG will be a plus.
    • Able to work well and collaborate with other people, showing excellent stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently and in a timely manner, while ensuring high quality of execution.
    • Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
